Advanced Recruiting Trends’ In-House Training Program FAQs
How do Advanced Recruiting Trends’ In-House Programs work?
Advanced Recruiting Trends’ In-House Training Programs are highly customized recruitment training programs that are tailored to address the unique requirements of our clients. ART’s In-House Training Programs focus on the topics and subject matter areas that are most relevant to your organization, market sector, business workflows and recruitment processes.
Anchored upon our highly acclaimed “High Impact Recruiting”© training platform, ART’s In-House Training Programs are highly modular and are comprised of content-rich topic areas that correlate with the key workflows inherent to the recruiting process. Breaking the recruiting lifecycle down into core components allows clients to more effectively consider program elements and content areas that are of greatest consequence and more actively participate in training program design. Program duration is a direct function of each client’s training goals and objectives, the amount of subject matter to be covered, and number of training activities and small team breakouts. ART has facilitated programs that have ranged in duration from a few hours to several days.

Attendees find the In-House Training Programs to be innovative, insightful, and informative regardless of their experience level. In fact, Senior Recruiters regularly express that they a) receive affirmation for the things they are doing well, b) are reminded of approaches and techniques that they had forgotten, and, c) actually learn some very beneficial ideas, techniques, and concepts that are new to them.
What topics are addressed within the “High Impact Recruiting”© In-House Program?
Before devising in-house training program curricula, ART interviews Client Leadership to fully understand existing workflows, market niche, staff dynamics, current performance metrics, and desired training program outcomes. From this data, and in collaboration with Client Leadership, we create a customized Client Training Agenda, which details the recruitment process and sales content areas that the core training program will address. We also create customized exercises and hands-on activities to ensure that attendees are able to implement the principals and methods outlined in High Impact Recruiting In-House Programs.
